CSS - No Tables

I was clicking around on LinkedIn and I stumbled upon a job ad for a Web Developer. In the skills section, it mentioned:

"CSS/HTML - NO TABLES"


Wow, they still have to mention not using tables for layout? In 2011?



That's like hiring a cellphone salesman and in the job ad:

"Smartphone Sales Experience - NO ROTARY PHONES"
